TO ORDER OFFLINE, please call (800) GET ATLAS  or (800) 438-2852, or fax your order to (513) 522-3611.

If you order by phone and the machine answers, you may bypass the message by pressing the # key.  Clearly leave your name and phone number so that we can get back to you.

Alternatively, you can fax your shopping cart or the following information to (513) 522-3611 or email orders@bookandcopyholders.com.    Please include:

   Item: Standard ($99), Atlas-LC ($92), booster box ($36); Ultra $65; Ultra with line guide ($71), Line guide ($6).

   Quantity:

   Color   (Standard usually available in birch, fruitwood-finished birch, or black-finished birch; Atlas-LC black only; Atlas Ultra usually in black, stone beige, silver grey, true blue, lemon and sunflower. See appropriate page or call for availablility.)

   Total purchase price. Ohio residents only: add 6% sales tax. Shipping is generally $5.25-$7.25 per item depending on how far you are from Ohio.

   Credit card number and expiration date if faxing (please do not email credit card information -- it is not secure). We also accept checks and money orders.
